The technology of producing a composite material in situ envisages the pre-saturation an AlSi7Fe1 melt with hydrogen; afterwards, is blown oxygen until hydrogen dissolved burned out. content was researched during manufacturing process material; before blowing, and at incomplete complete burning out hydrogen. interrelation between absorbed aluminum oxide fraction identified. A mathematical model proposed which demonstrated that saturation particles, on their surface as layer close to monoatomic, does not lead realization pores’ heterogeneous nucleation mechanism. Due this, castings produced from are leakless. Incomplete leads formation significant porosity. method prevention gas porosity cast composites alternative conventional one offers only purging inclusions but, contrary, increase specific surface, allows for reduction inclusion monoatomic level.
